SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

For your convenience, we are open every Saturday throughout the year from 8 am to 2 pm. As insurance companies are typically closed on Saturdays, it is very important to fill out your new patient online formas 24 to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. This will allow us to verify your insurance coverage before your visit. If you are unable to fill out the forms before your scheduled appointment and we are unable to verify your insurance coverage, we ask that your first visit be paid in full at the time services are rendered. We will file your claim for you and your insurance will reimburse you directly.

When making your Saturday appointment, please be committed to this appointment as Saturdays are a very popular time to book. We have patients waiting for these treasured appointments each week. We understand that you may be unable to keep your appointment. If an emergency arises, please call our office as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to another patient. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hours, you may be subject to our cancellation guidelines
