Yesterday, I had significant pain in my fully erupted wisdom tooth so I called the Durham Dental Group to schedule an appointment for today (a SATURDAY) and was booked for 8:00 in the morning. I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the nice decor. Within ten minutes, I was in the back with an x-ray of my tooth. Chris, the hygienist, and Martina, the assistant, were so wonderful and warm. It made the experience much more enjoyable. What I was most impressed with we’re Dr. P and Dr. A’s skill and customer care. They reminded me continually that I was in control and to let them know if anything was bothering me. They talked me through everything that they were doing before they did it and as they did it. It took maybe ten minutes for them to dig the tooth out and it was as painless as a procedure such as that could be. They were so funny and nice and did everything possible to make me comfortable. I absolutely will continue to give this establishment my business due to the EXCELLENT staff, the cleanliness of the office and all employees, the pricing, and the weekend hours. As a full time employee, weekend hours allow me to get the care I need on a schedule that works with me and having professionals who understand this struggle is so important. I also want to point out that all staff and patients followed appropriate COVID-19 protocols and I felt extremely safe getting work done there. I cannot recommend this place enough!
