I had an amazing experience today at Durham Dental Group! I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the same day and even got me in earlier than the original scheduled time. Charlotte was super sweet and patient while I got my x-rays. Deanna was super helpful and offered me some great hygiene tips and Martina was very warm and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Dr. Parekh is the bomb! I haven't always had the greatest dental experiences, but he made me feel so at ease and we had a few laughs as well! He is very thorough and explained things in a way that I could understand what was going on and showed that he cared about my health and getting better. Christina at the front is also such a pleasure! Everyone I came into contact with today was so inviting and accommodating and I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dental home!
